Cadastral services - a set of services involving the collection and systematization in documentary form of data on a real estate object. A technical plan is prepared both for finished buildings and for unfinished objects. The graphic part of the document contains a scheme of geodetic constructions, location of the building, floor plan.

Provide a survey act in case of loss or destruction of the real estate object. In fact, this is a document confirming the fact that the building has ceased to exist, for example, after a fire, flood, demolition on the initiative of the owner.

How to get cadastral services?

Contracting. Engineers work on the basis of a public contract. After its execution, an estimated budget and deadlines for the execution of works are planned.

Payment. The cost of works is calculated on the basis of the budget and depends on the type of procedure, area, tariffs of the company.

Execution of works. The hired representative collects and systematizes documents and based on them performs the required procedures: conducts surveying, coordination of boundaries, other works.

How to save on cadastral works?

There are several options for saving money. If you need an engineer to clarify the boundaries of the site, cooperate with neighbors. This method is especially effective if you have a common boundary. When you apply collectively, the cost of work is usually lower because transportation and other costs are reduced.

If you are surveying a plot with an already built house or unfinished construction, register the land and the house at the same time. Most of the time, the house already has a cadastral number, but its boundaries are not defined. The engineer is able to draw up both a boundary and technical plan at the same time, and often with a substantial discount.
