The package of documents to be submitted to the organization engaged in the assessment of real estate together with the application may differ depending on the purpose of the object.

 

For example, if there is an unfinished construction on the land plot, the documentation will need to be supplemented with a building permit, papers on the sectoral affiliation of the project, project documentation and the relevant explanatory note.

 

After the application and the necessary documents are accepted, a contract is concluded with the owner or representative, after which, in accordance with its provisions, the necessary procedures are carried out: inspection of the object, photography, collection of information, analysis and study of data. At the end of the examination, the applicant is issued a formalized official conclusion on the result of the assessment.
